Reserving the Pavilion


Rules and Regulations

  • Pavilion may only be used by homeowners who are current with their homeowner dues.
  • Pavilion is for personal use only. No community-wide events or advertised events are allowed.
  • Homeowner must purchase event insurance and provide documentation of insurance prior to final approval of use.
  • No alcohol allowed.
  • No illegal activity allowed.
  • Clean-up is the responsibility of the homeowner. A minimum charge of $250.00 will be applied if pavilion and surrounding area are not cleaned following use. Homeowner must remove all trash and trashbags.
  • Hours are seasonal. (8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. or closing at dark.)
  • No vendors allowed.
  • Parking is limited to the enclosed area. No street parking allowed.
  • Portable bathrooms are recommended.
  • No pets allowed except service animals.
