
Rules and Regulations
- Pavilion may only be used by homeowners who are current with their homeowner dues.
- Pavilion is for personal use only. No community-wide events or advertised events are allowed.
- Homeowner must purchase event insurance and provide documentation of insurance prior to final approval of use.
- No alcohol allowed.
- No illegal activity allowed.
- Clean-up is the responsibility of the homeowner. A minimum charge of $250.00 will be applied if pavilion and surrounding area are not cleaned following use. Homeowner must remove all trash and trashbags.
- Hours are seasonal. (8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. or closing at dark.)
- No vendors allowed.
- Parking is limited to the enclosed area. No street parking allowed.
- Portable bathrooms are recommended.
- No pets allowed except service animals.
